SportsTek Meet Automation Services (MAS) are available to provide support for the running of your meet. Provide us with a copy of your meet terms and conditions and let SportsTek help you set up your meet so that you can do the entries yourself using Hy-Tek’s MEET MANAGER.

Once entries are completed you can email SportsTek a backup of your Database and we will make sure things are set up correctly, ready for you to print your Meet Program. Then SportsTek personnel will come to your site and take responsibility for actually handling the computer aspects of running your meet, even interfacing to the Timing Console and Scoreboard you are using,  if necessary personnel will print Results and Awards for each session and print Final Results after the meet has been completed.

We can also provide advice on all aspects of event management gained from years of event management for swimming and other external business projects.
