Team Manager Overview

With TFTM, entering a meet is easy. Simply pick from a list of eligible athletes and events and click on the entries you wish to declare for the meet. No data entry and no hunting down loose papers-just a click of the mouse. You can then print a Meet Entry report and export those entries to a CD or send via email to the meet host to import. The track and field software is quick, convenient and correct!

Tired of wasting time with repetitive data entry as competitors clamor for their results? Meet results can be entered manually without ever having to key in the athlete’s name. Click on the athlete’s name and event, and enter their marks. Or use TFTM to import meet results from a CD or email. You’ll have accurate, typo-free results posted faster than Usain Bolt can run 100 meters.

The track and field software included in Team Manager now comes equipped with EVERYTHING you need to help manage all of your team’s essential administrative and performance tasks. Team Manager Advanced Features:

Team Manager also now includes advanced features designed for the track and field program that wants to access a shared database from multiple computers. You’ll be able to view and exchange information instantly, without waiting for someone to give up their chair! Pro comes with various login options so you can retain control over who has access to different levels of the database.

Team Manager Lite

TM Lite makes it easy for a meet host to obtain entries from the teams entering a meet. TM Lite is provided FREE to a meet host using Meet Manager to distribute ONLY to the teams entering the meet and those teams then send their entries to the host by CD or via email The meet host can distribute TM Lite CDs directly to team or each team can download TM Lite from the HY-TEK website. Please note that TM Lite supports up to 100 swimmers per team.

TM Lite is has all of the basic TM functionality with the following features enabled:

Entry for teams, athletes, relays, meets and browsers
Specification of meet entry custom times by event or name
Import of meet events from a Meet Manager database
Export of meet entries to send to the meet host by CD or via email

The Team Manager for Track & Field software may be licensed in the following ways:

Club or School License

This is the typical and most popular License option and allows the Club or School to use the software to manage the administrative and performance needs of that ONE CLUB or School. For example, if TFTM is licensed to Central High School, the software may be used to manage that one High School Team – not the USATF team, not a college team, etc.

League License

This License option allows the software to be used to manage the athletes associated with multiple teams in that one league, typically a High School, Association, or Province. Under this License option, the software can only be installed on ONE computer used by an official of the league and cannot be used by the individual teams or schools in that league.
